By focusing on our patient’s individual needs and taking the time to discuss them, we hope our patients are highly satisfied with our dental care and treatment. If there is occasion where you are unhappy with any aspect of our service at the Speyside Dental and Implant Clinic then Lynne Hill, our practice manager, will be happy to discuss this with you.

If you should remain dissatisfied with our attempt to resolve the problem then you should contact the Dental Complaints Service which is an independent service funded by The General Dental Council.
